You have 30 days in which to return any goods. You should return the goods in their original packaging, whenever possible. (If you no longer have this, please use something equivalent to avoid damage/further damage to the goods!). As the goods we sell are on offer with 50% discount our orders are considered on a firm sale basis. As such the school will need to cover the costs of returning the goods and they must be in as new condition to be eligible for credit in full.
If the goods you have received are faulty
… or they are not as we have described them, we may ask you to take a photograph and then keep or dispose of the item(s). If we need the goods back, we will provide you with a FREEPOST address for your returns.
If you have changed your mind
… or made an error when ordering, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods. Please notify us within 14 days of receipt.
As soon as we receive your package we will send out your replacement, or process your refund.
